What do you like best about the leadership team?

The leadership team has continued to lead our company successfully, providing great training opportunities and growth for both the business and team.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Consolidated continues to pay competitive salaries and variable compensation for this market. The benefit programs are wonderful with the company funding as much as 96% of the premium cost for employees.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We have a collaborative work environment. I love the open door culture that begins at the top.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The leadership team needs to experience the daily routine of their administrative staff. Everything is a constant fire with them that has to be done right away and without the tools to get the job done. Their constant need for change is creating a sinking ship.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Half way through the year they switch the bonus structure with no input from those who are actually earning the bonus. Only 2 teams in the entire company earned the bonus in the past 6 months, completely hindering the take home pay that enticed employees to join their company in the first place.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

The problem starts with management. Everyone there wants to pass the problem down to the administrative staff and never take ownership of the problem they created. The management staff has created a culture where everyone is scared to make a decision with fear of losing their job.
