I believe I'm paid fairly but would like more transparency into our pay structure, it would be great to understand how raises and bonuses are assessed.

Our leadership team keeps everyone motivated and personally lives by our company values. They also value everyone's contributions and create a culture of sharing positive recognition daily!

I know the structure of my comp package and that transparency is helpful. I do believe that I'm paid lower for my role and seniority level but our culture will always keep me here.
