my experience here has been really good- it is a great company and surpasses all of my expectations as far as culture, benefits, and environment go. sometimes i do wish that i had a bit more support, structure, and feedback from my manager. overall, i am very happy

i feel like it is very fair for the market- good split between base and commission, robust healthcare plan, and allotted sick time + PTO is amazing
