Diversity, experience, understanding people (not crazy sfdc bros that act like robots - yes that's a thing.)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Acceptance, support, all driving to the same goal and actually feeling like everyone wants to get to that same finish line
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Best? I mean let's get real - they are smart smart folks. But, people matter and it's important to remember we are all people vs. just a number. I appreciate that the management and executive team are personally invested in their people.
