Started out great but I think growing pains are getting the best of us
They are more than just coworkers
Getting the opportunity to learn something new every day
The exec team is super open to talk and they will listen to you.
Not exactly sure what our company goal is expect "grow" but the leadership team is great
I think if the company expects you to work a 12hr day to get a job done, that should be reflected in pay or benefits.
Nothing, it was amazing and but now no one seems to care about the culture or employee happiness. Even in our own tribe vibe assessment, no one addressed the fact that employees said they are overworked and undervalued.
The larger marketing team we have a lot of kinks to work out. My smaller team within marketing is the best team I could ever work with we are open to different ideas, collaborate constantly and all genuinely care about putting out great work.
There is no trust or respect within or between teams. Everyone will do what is best for their team even if it negatively affects another. Instead of working together teams are constantly butting heads and no one is willing to compromise or even listen to another view.
Listening to their employees and addressing their concerns instead of brushing them off. Telling the whole story when presenting, instead of only presenting the good data that backs their claims up it would be nice to see what isn't working and what we need to do to change it.
It's really hard to answer this question when so many things have changed and we all aren't together to see the culture and environment. COVID and organizational changes have made it a lot more difficult to actually communicate and know what is going on in the company outside of my direct department
