The environment and culture is odd, weird and ridiculously mandated to be followed by an unprofessional CEO.

Extremally disappointing, horrible culture, negative.

What can this brand most improve?

Their software. The new Cloud solution stinks compared to the previous solution. We are having so many issues with it, and it does not integrate with our EMR.
