What do you like best about the leadership team?
There are really good leaders that are being drowned out by the bad ones. These are people who ask questions and come with support for people who are just trying to the right thing for the business.
The leadership team is committed to communicating the future vision of the company
Absolutely nothing. You have business people running an IT company. The leadership consists of multiple 30 year old's which mostly have no background in IT either. Their solution to problems is to on-board more contractors, not manage their projects efficiently and affectively.
They are thoughtful and listen intently
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listen more to those who have had more than one tech job in their lives. Stop antagonizing your employees
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Time off and sick time are generous.
I am paid fairly against market
All employees get to feel like owners in the company
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Absolutely, they control commissions no matter how hard you work
If they ever paid bonuses out out, that would be a first. You can only rely on your base salary.
What are some of the best things about your team?
we are all professionals that even with the limited resources that the company provides we make the best out of it.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My immediate coworkers are hard working and honest. My extended team is emotional and consumed with "swim lanes". Other teams in the business take every opportunity to kick other people under the bus.
Get some skillsets or work in fast food.

The environment and culture is odd, weird and ridiculously mandated to be followed by an unprofessional CEO.

The people who show up motivated despite it all. They really care and that is uplifting.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Poor management and leadership. Hire qualified Execs that understand IT, including the common staff.
