You are more likely to be dressed down by an executive you don't report to than you are to receive a kind word from your own. Toxicity, bravado, and self-importance top down following the acquisition of another company. I love what this company does but I can't stand working there. It's just ruined.

The people who show up motivated despite it all. They really care and that is uplifting.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My immediate coworkers are hard working and honest. My extended team is emotional and consumed with "swim lanes". Other teams in the business take every opportunity to kick other people under the bus.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There are really good leaders that are being drowned out by the bad ones. These are people who ask questions and come with support for people who are just trying to the right thing for the business.
