At first it was a positive experience. As you would understand however having management that is always in a bad mood, hates their job and puts you in complicated situations isn't pleasant. I can walk in happy but will leave frustrated and stressed.
What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with customers and helping them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was told that my pay would go up a dollar after I finished training. I have completed training and met my goals yet I am still being paid my initial rate.
