Their vision is something I look up to & I find it very impressive.

The company has recently introduced the flexi benefit basket which is a very good addition to the current package.

The environment that we work in, is extremely comfortable & rewarding. The kind of projects we are assigned do challenge our abilities, but for the best.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are a lot of aspects that I find positive, out of those the top 2 would be the concept of Appreciation Day (every month) & the Learning Culture.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is always a delight to work with. All the people come from different backgrounds and places, however, everyone comes together to form a synergy that always gives the best results.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The recruiters of the company are very compassionate and understanding by nature. They value your time, as much as theirs. Other than that, the feedback is also very instant and I find that impressive, not very common in the industry.
