What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is a very knowledgeable person. He is with the company for more than 15 years now. He helps the team at any point of time. Leadership team is great with high focus on Product development and is customer centric.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation package includes a good in-hand salary along with compulsory investment (NPS and EPF). It also includes yearly incentive for delivery revenue generated by the clients managed by me.

Company has an open door culture and positive environment. Everyone are willing to help from bottom to top most person.

What did you like most about the interview process?
There are multiple round in the interview process and final evaluation was done by director. And the process from first call to onboarding was quite smooth.
