My experience has been incredible. I have been so fortunate since graduating, having the greatest boss and mentor and being able to grow professionally and personally.

My company hired me out of college and improved and polished my sales skills. Since then, I have been so fortunate to grow into several positions and broaden my skillset on both internal and external stakeholder interaction and client sales. I have 2 mentors that always support me and I owe them all

Uncapped commission. I can make as much money as I want; but I have a competitive base salary that allows me to pay my bills

My leaders. I feel so supported in my position and life becuase of the people I work for. I also love getting to interact in a variety of verticals to help achieve goals across various clients.

Clear Communication and encouragement of growth. Everyone at Crystal Equation leadership wants to see the employees grow. They encourage additional learning, obtaining certifications and work to get everyone to a career point they want to be in.

My leaders are invested in my life outside metrics. They want to see everyone be successful, so when I succeed outside of work but with hobbies or life goals they are equally excited to share in the excitment.

Uncapped bonuses. I am able to make as much money as I want. In my position, the money I earn is proportional to the work I put in. I love that the harder I work, the more I am rewarded.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Supportive environment. We are all here to see each other succeed, and in a competitive sales environment, I feel our compnay is an exception rather then a rule. There is no cut throat mentality or stealing of leads. We all want to do well together.
