So far I have loved my experience at CE. There are days when it is stressful, or I may lack motivation to get out of bed and work. But most days being a recruiter is like building a puzzle, and I love figuring it out and finding the right person to fill that void.

The comradery among us in the team and always helping each other out
What makes you most happy at work?
Talking with candidates and hearing them express their gratitude for our conversations and myself as a recruiter
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the inclusion of team members and no one feels "superior" to the other I can talk to anyone about anything and not feel scared to do so.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the hours and amount of work as a recruiter I feel thta a higher compensation getting closer to that $30/hr mark would be fairer. Along with living in San Francisco, it is an expensive city to live in.
