I have been a part of the CSI family for almost 5 years and I have experienced many highs and lows in my department. More highs than lows, but that's staffing! Ever evolving, always exciting and you never know what the day will throw your way. I have enjoyed my time thus far.

Overall experience in the last six years has been great! I've enjoyed changing positions throughout the company and learning new skill sets to help further my career.

The amount of PTO days given helps keep a great work/home life balance!!

I appreciate their involvement and getting to know the employees on a first name basis.

My coworker, immediate manager and knowing that we're making client happy by filling their jobs.

The amount of heart our company has towards helping others in need as well as our health goals.

I believe the economy is ever evolving but my pay rate has remained the same for over a year.

CSI is a special environment and it's hard to pin point the most positive part of the company when it all feels positive.
