I came from a larger Health Technology company and the difference in transparency is night and day. I feel like I am fully aware of the company's goals and where I fit into them. Also the career paths are tailored towards continuous growth instead of yearly check ins.

The feeling that my leadership team trusts in my work and has my back regarding the decisions that I make.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We meet weekly with our leadership team to discuss our projects and those projects needs/goals. That level of access is amazing.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Extremly tight knit and inclusive. The lines between sales, support, implementation, and development are well defined but do not restrict cooperation or create a us vs them mentality.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Everyone was upfront with the process, the series of meeting that I would be going through. There wasn't any ambiguity about what the next steps were supposed to be.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Recently the benefits program was overhauled. It was clear that the decision makers took our comments and feedback about what we would like from a program into account when making these choices.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We work largely with Public Health departments in my business unit. The drive that everyone has to help these often underserved users are is enlightening and uplifting an put purpose into the work that we do even the dull or unpleasant tasks.
