My experience is really good. CureMD has a great company culture, they make sure all their employees are being heard and feel involved. This is the first time that I've joined a company where they care so much for their employees, make sure they are satisfied with their work and enjoying as well.

They had assessment and personality tests done before the interview. Those tests were really interesting and different from what other companies have.

They are very cooperative and helpful. They are always there to guide. They listen to our concerns and address them timely and to the best of their abilities.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very interactive. We have regular meetings, brain storming sessions and training sessions. We always take decisions collectively and make sure everyone is involved in the discussions and we welcome all kinds of input.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The company provides 50% sponsored pick and drop which is very beneficial for me as I have to travel a long distance for coming here, so it helps me save on travel cost. Other than that, they also offer provident fund which I cannot wait to avail as it will help me save up for the future.
