No bonuses with mere salary given to employees, which are also doesn't match market salary.

lots of micro management that turns into tiresome meddling & wastes time, lowers overall morale/effectiveness. Too much talking about improvements not enough action. CEO very kind but acts cheap, wants a massive discount but wants top level products/employees at costs that are too low to acquire

I take pride working for CureMD we are truly saving lives with technology. I'm part of development team and have learned a lot from my senior mentors.
