What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leads here understand the capacity of team members and assign work accordingly. The best thing about leads is they greet each team member individually in the morning which is an excellent way of exchanging positive vibes as well. <3
What did you like most about the interview process?
They made me feel comfortable first because I was nervous about it, naturally. They asked about my hobbies and listen to one of the poetry I wrote about mothers. It really helped to raise my morale and answering to their questions effectively.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They all are lively and encourage to take challenges which reflects the care element everyone has for eachother. Also, no matter that you are an intern, junior or senior - everyone can ask for help and interact easily. Everyone is helpful and jolly here!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is the smiling faces of each person here without any doubt. Whether you are from the same team/department or different, everyone greets & interacts with each other in a positive manner. Also, the environment here is colorful & bright so it makes me feel good when I enter office in the morning.
