That we can be our full authentic professional selves, and because of that, I can offer my full self to my work. I never feel like work life balance is out of whack. It's allowed me to compartmentalize-- in a healthy way, work and life.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They bring humanity to the work and are kind-- especially in times when life takes the front seat. Everyone rallies so that the person impacted can take care of whatever it is that they need to handle without feeling guilty or spreading themselves too thin. It allows us to do our best work.
