What is the best part about your compensation package?
As a temp employee, I don't really have anything apart from hourly pay. (I think this is pretty standard.) I would, of course, love to change that in the future.

Workload is absurd and my department, while essential, is undervalued as a whole.

Super smart conscientious people drawn to a mission. Unfortunately our idealism allows us to be exploited.

Where to start? My coworkers are supportive, intelligent, and challenge me to be the best simply by being around them. They are flexible, eager, and reflective. I can't imagine a more supportive team.

The work that I do is intellectually stimulating, it matters, and it is challenging without (usually) being overwhelming, mainly due to the amazing leadership of my team.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Communication is poor. Feedback loops are out of control, with frenetic rounds of review by an ever expanding group of "stakeholders," many of whom have their fingers in too many pies to really understand what they're commenting on. Massive workload and no coherent vision.
