What makes me most happy is feeling like I have a purpose and that I'm helping make a difference in students' lives.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The sincere interest that people have in each other's well-being and work/life balance. The people are the BEST thing about CA by far.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are transparent. I can't express how much that means to me. I feel like I know the state of the company and its trajectory as well as reasons for any changes.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is the "cream of the crop"! They genuinely care about their educators. There is NO negative atmosphere EVER. No competition with one another but a united front to serve educators and students first.
