I really love it here, as a temp, I do worry about not being hired on FTE. I also feel there is a lot of "back pipe" conversations happen & assumptions made without context. I feel mgrs need to coach face to face conversations. I truly love being a part of this org & see myself here long term.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love what I do for my own role and being able to help teams continue to grow and do better within our goals and teamwork/collaboration and communication.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel the flexibility within our teams schedules, managers who are supportive and care about my day to day, knowing the company truly cares about the employees and our level of happiness.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the health/insurance benefits. I always have to have great coverage and I am impressed with our package and cost, deductible, etc. I also like the fitness payback. It is a great benefit!
What are some of the best things about your team?
I feel I have support from my team, that I am able to be open and transparent and to also have conversations to receive feedback. The feedback I do receive is clear and open for discussion. I appreciate the different levels of experience we have in being able to support each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
A few of my leaders are very transparent, give and have great feedback and truly care about my workload, what they can continue to do to support me. I do feel I have support, though I also feel with the company moving forward with hiring, that the temp folks aren't being considered to bring on FTE.
