My overall experience has been a pleasant one. Are there things that can be improved? Of course! But I believe CA truly listens and wants to provide a space where individuals feel welcomed, can do their best, and thrive.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having intentional time to process and work on a project for our customers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone on the team has the same drive. We are all collaborative and work well together to accomplish our team goals.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There needs to be more intentionality in the workload given to employees. There have been big, audacious goals created without adequate training.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay transparency and more opportunities for yearly raises. The bonus compensation shared during hiring painted an unrealistic view of what was actually achievable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are different avenues created for inclusivity (ERG). As well as opportunities to connect and learn from others in a safe space (mentorship, Buddy, Product coaching).
