I used to brag about working at CA. I believed in the mission and had full trust in leadership. In the last year, that's completely changed. I get little to no support from management, I don't have any idea what our priorities are, and I'm not confident about the company's financial situation.

My direct team is great. Can't say the same for leadership or other teams in the department.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
No clear goals or direction, leadership seems more invested with impressing their bosses than doing what's right or supporting the people under them. Great employees were let go to be replaced with contract workers. Promotions are given out unfairly.
