There is no yelling or badgering when mistakes are made. Everyone just works together to make them better!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is fair and transparent and has the interest of the students, teachers, and CA employees in mind.
What makes you most happy at work?
Not having to worry about what mistake I might have made that the CEO is going to call me about because he is upset with the choice I made.
