I've seen the growth and growing pains the company has gone through as we served more teachers and students and grew as a company. Overall, I would say I am impressed. It is no easy feat to keep the company culture intact while growing with grace, and Curriculum Associates has done just that.

I love the leadership team’s transparency. They are honest and truly do put our team

I like the fact that they cover the cost of the deductible for our health plan ?
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about the culture is that we have servant leaders in leadership. The doors are always open, they are always listening, and they actually care. I've seen this first hand.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love that I know I am making a difference in the lives of teachers and students. Knowing I am well taken care of as an employee as I do is a double perk.
