I've only been at CA for ~6 weeks, but I feel I've already made a positive impact on my team (if not the whole company!) There are tons of things to learn, but the documentation (and amazing coworkers) ensure I'm never left without support. Overall, my time here so far has been great!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
401k is always nice, and the insurance (health and dental) are great as well.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to share projects that I've been working on, and seeing that people are excited about them!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They don't micromanage, they respect my ideas by taking them seriously, and they provide positive reinforcement to bolster my confidence.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people I work with bring diversity of experiences and ideas to the table. Everybody I've worked with is open, friendly, and willing to help.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team takes my ideas seriously and allows me to contribute even though I'm very new to my role. They made me feel at home by setting up time to meet me personally.
