I personally like our department's bonus structure being on a quarterly basis.

Leaders at CA seek to understand. We have a company mission and values that aren't just buzzwords because actions from the leaders back it up.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing the outcomes for the students we serve. Also the development of confidence in my team members, many of whom are finding success very early in their careers!
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love working on a team that is not dominated by any one personality. We all come from different backgrounds and have the flexibility to play to our strengths as well as grow in new ways.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is so helpful and gets you the answers you need to serve our partners! With the fast pace of company growth, we are have an environment that embraces being new or even working here for years still being "new" to a project or product.
