Initially I really enjoyed my job and we were fully staffed. Then as positions opened up they did not fill the vacancy but still expected the same production. Our line has not been fully staffed in a very long time. After being injured on the job I was repeatedly harassed by my supervisor and HR.

What makes you most happy at work?
that it's only a 3 day week. My coworkers are phenomenal
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Showing appreciation for employees. It's pretty bad when they can't even say "hi"
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The department I work in is the most physically demanding job and the compensation does not reflect that.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work very well together and are just "know" what the others are going to do. We can communicate with each other without actually saying anything
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There are too many "chiefs". It's not necessary to have a supervisor, crew lead AND line lead. It's a waste of money--especially the line lead position in the Assembly area
