What are some of the best things about your team?
They take ownership of projects, clients and faults. We hold ourselves accountable for what we work on even thiugh its far from our scope of responsibilities.
Close-knit. Have worked together for years.
We work very well together and are just "know" what the others are going to do. We can communicate with each other without actually saying anything
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
People abuse the work from home option and get a lot less work done when working from home, meaning the rest of us have to pick up the slack.
