The company has stopped paying its people.Final settlements to departing employees go unpaid for months while new hires are onboarded and projects close without remitting owed funds. Fix it: pay what's owed first, then hire. Match financial commitments with action. Without this, nothing else matters

Build a culture where written commitments actually mean something. Stop the pattern of verbal promises, shifting positions, and obligations quietly dropped. End late-night urgency over non-urgent items. Reward competence over loyalty when filling roles.

The production team is genuinely strong — most issues come from above, not from peers. The main thing coworkers could improve is speaking up earlier about unworkable expectations and unclear ownership instead of absorbing the gaps silently.
