The store manager at the Hayden Idaho store constantly cusses at his employees and doesnt ever motivate us aside from constantly saying that he will "just get rid of the weekest link" "the guys who just dont want to work are going to go" but doesnt recognize the workers who give everyday their all
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Manager needs to start motivating the employees or start looking for good/experienced people to hire instead of just anyone
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Motivating and working with the new workers and teaching them the right things all the assistant manager are great and help but all complain about jeremy the store manager because hes constantly getting upset and jeremy gets upset when you dont stay later than when your scheduled
What are some of the best things about your team?
They know when to joke around and when to work but the manager keeps hiring regular 16-18 year olds who dont want to work and they keep slowing us down than we get fussed at for having to train them while trying to keep a good cars per hour rate most workers started not caring because the manager
