Disruptive matches our 401K contributions. Disruptive invests annually in a budget for me to choose how to spend for my professional and personal growth. Disruptive gives me money annually that can only be spent on vacation.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process has evolved dramatically since I started, but what I liked most about my process at Disruptive was being interviewed by potential trainers so eventually my trainer chose me, which was important for the relationship

My Disruptive team leverages the brain power of the collective to help improve individual skills. We share wins and learnings to shorten the learning curve for clients. Disruptive is a unique agency experience where we're competing together instead of against each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership at Disruptive is top notch at gathering information. They are always alert and wanting to explore how to grow both soliciting feedback and brainstorming ideas for change. Leadership also most often comes from within so it's someone that knows boots on the ground and can empathize.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Disruptive encourages us to develop ourselves outside of our identity at work. We have slack channels for different interests and competitions and money games for silly things. The most positive thing I can share is a quote from our CEO "If you try big and fail, I'll be proud of you for trying big"
