I love the culture. The work/life balance is amazing. There are expectations and goals can be a stretch and are not easy, but it is good because you grow in many ways. Upper management encourages time off and compensation is very competitve. The only reason I'd leave is if there were a dream opp.

I feel fairly paid. There isn't really much to say. It is very competitive.

The encouragement from leadership. Everything comes from the top down and it just feels positive.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That they care about the individual. It isn't just about the bottom line. They care about our personal wellbeing and our families, not just how we can help the company make money.
