My manager really cares and is focused on my personal success and the team's success instead of being focused on his own ego.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Lots of reliance on personality tests and evaluations that I don't feel really test if someone will be successful here. Interviewing here when I did was tough. Now you have to read a book before the final interview and I never would have done that.
