Everyone finds the positive in everything that happens. Being a growth oriented company and culture every failure is a learning experience and something positive can be found in it.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Going beyond the employees abilities but analyzing how they will fit in the culture by reading a book before the final interview. The Final interview is focused around the topics from the book and the connection to Disruptives culture
