I like that they focus alot on you as a person. What value you would bring to the company culture rather than only your work.

Having great people to work with that love what they do. A company that allows you to succeed and provides fun opportunities within our company culture. And great pay.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
While I am still getting use to it, as I have not had the luxury in previous companies - having unlimited PTO allows for real life to take place in a realistic fashion.
