It's been over 4 years here and I have no plans on leaving just growing with the company. There have ups and downs that come with growing but that's just an extension of the human experience. I think the leadership understands this and does their best to be supportive.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
They INVEST in their employees. They are transparent. They are vulnerable when they need to be.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company has always had great core values and they ACTUALLY make them a part of work goals and culture
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have recently gotten rid of bonuses and simply paid everyone more base salary as if bonuses have been getting lumped in.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I had 3 interviews which seemed more than normal but one was with the CEO for culture fit, which also made me feel like every empoyee was important
