The fact that what I am doing is improving the lives and well-being of those around me, including clients and colleagues.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am competitively compensated with a fair bonus that is based on performance. I am constantly provided ways to grow and earn more.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Smart and dedicated people, fun, interesting, dedicated, willing to admit failure yet willing to work to overcome failure, honest, willing to be vulnerable and do hard things.
What did you like most about the interview process?
As an executive, it was quite different than the typical interview process. Mine was very open and focused on how I can help the company move to the next level.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We're not a startup but we're not very old. We have a fun environment where we work hard and can have fun doing so. Many colleagues are also friends and we care about each others' well-being in a very genuine manner. We are truly family.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They don't know all of the answers and they admit that. They are dedicated to the success and happiness of our clients, our employees, and any lives they are able to touch. And it's all genuine. They are willing to work through difficult scenarios and decisions to meet this end.
