It is nice that you can get bonuses every month once you have a certain amount of clients in your book.

I love the culture within my team. We all care for each other and want each other to succeed. We are friends and enjoy one another's company. We all enjoy being around each other.

I loved being able to talk to higher management including Jake, the CEO. It gave me an idea of the leadership I would be working with and gave me even more confidence moving over to Disruptive.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Jake instills a culture of enthusiasm, friendship, trust, and hard work at Disruptive. There is no micro-managing. The company expects you to work hard, but they give their employees a lot with unlimited PTO and SO many company perks every month.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is very transparent. They want you to succeed. They have weekly meetings and your team lead is open with you. You can discuss what you are struggling with and how your leadership can help. I have felt very cared for, both personally and professionally, by my leaders.

What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers and team lead are very positive and helpful. I feel like I am learning so much than I have ever learned at any other marketing job. I love being able to work at my own pace as long as I do quality work and it is done on time for the client.
