They are always willing to help one another. Everyone is always asking for opinions and thoughts making it a comfortable place to ask questions and gain insight.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
This company has an amazing culture of growth. Everyone is willing to help one another and there is lots of one on one time with leaders leading to great opportunities for improvement.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People care about each other. They are always saying hi to one another and making sure everyone is looked out for. This job has not once felt competitive. We are a team, and I have really enjoyed that environment.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the opportunities at Disruptive to learn and grow. There are always new things I am learning and there are so many people who are willing to help me with them. Not to mention, the environment is super upbeat and fun. People are friends here.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They tested me to see my thought process and how I would go about things. This was not the type of interview where typical interview answers would work. They seemed to care about me and how good of a person I was as well as how I thought, not necessarily what I could do.
