Just great people trying their best to figure things out together.

Very kind people. They are doing their best with the experience they have.

I like solving problems. I like leveraging my past experience to save the day for customers and mentor team members.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Make sure people have marketing experience and not just platform experience. We need to do a better job of collaborating between practices.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very sharp people who are doing their best to learn. Many are at their first stop in their career and it's exciting to see how hungry they are.
