No perspective, annual salary increase below chemical business standard and complicated bonus system.
It is too heavily covered by contractors
Overall, I don't recommend this company to anyone. It is in a state of constant change and no one is safe. The leaders at the highest levels are incompetent and most have never been at these levels previously. There is a history of constant change in the Executive team.
