What is the best part about your compensation package?

Healthcare is the best part of the compensation

Compensation is done without hardships or delay. It is done in away that the employee leaves the company with a good image while not regretting having been in Diversey.

bonus is the best part like a second salary

Good pay. Good benefits 401k match.

The compensation and benefits are very good but the company is highly disorganized, hostile and a toxic environment making the salary not worth the time spent there. Lots of layoffs and distrust between employees.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Because every year we don't know when we get our bonuses even though it is part of our total compensation

Work load vs payment is skewed

As a woman, I am paid far less than my team members

Increase transparency. The compensation team is not actively involved in creating a fair compensation system.

The best support for Diversey comes from the ground level employees! You will get next to no help from management. In meetings, management will praise any employee who does not ask for help or direction when stuck on a problem.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Almost friends makes life easier and they are supportive in every way. Team spirits keeps me staying.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Managers should have decision Power as they know what our market needs, but Helikopter view is killing Business & culture.

Getting rid of the good old boy system and making an unbiased process of how we go about interviewing people not based on what other people say based upon the performance in which people do

Being an employee of the best paying company in the environment with an international record. My salary being paid on time makes me more happy.

Think Global but act local, give Managers more decision Power, Listen more to sales reps as they only know what customers needs are.

Customer connect can be better. Pricing is ambiguous and not consistent that should be improved

Leaders don't listen to the employees who work on the front lines. Numbers are all they see and their decisions at times hurt the business because they don't allow managers to be a part of the decision process.

Fair payment, keep good people in the company, increase attractiveness of the company, make young people stay, stop cutting benefits
