The compensation and benefits are very good but the company is highly disorganized, hostile and a toxic environment making the salary not worth the time spent there. Lots of layoffs and distrust between employees.

The best support for Diversey comes from the ground level employees! You will get next to no help from management. In meetings, management will praise any employee who does not ask for help or direction when stuck on a problem.

Leaders don't listen to the employees who work on the front lines. Numbers are all they see and their decisions at times hurt the business because they don't allow managers to be a part of the decision process.
