Im lucky to have a fantastic boss as well as some of the hire ups, unfortunately this company doesnt offer competitive pay, they dont pay you if you get covid and need to quarantine, ive never seen a bonus in the years ive worked here, and theres a lack of appreciation for the staff.
This company is under staffed but then wants to complain about how much overtime you have.
