My EF campus Director inspires and motivates me to do more to encourage a great experience at our campus. I know she's plugged into the company's goals, but I get my inspiration and motivation from my director, Elena Elseeva at EF Vancouver Island - Victoria!

We are personable, creative, compassionate, intelligent, exciting to be around and fun!

Interacting with people from other cultures, skill levels, ideas to make our processes better
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Not sure who is my leadership team. My supervisor and campus director are the BEST!!!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Welcoming and interacting with people from around the world, learning about their culture and what's important to them, and general acceptance of all people that want to make our world a better place.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Well, my situation is a bit unique. I am first a Host Family and when the Accommodations Team mentioned during a Host Family Appreciation event that they were looking for more help, I volunteered and they expressed supreme interest. Later when I offered help, they offered me the job!
