Young team, easy going and everyone gets along super well with each other.

Support, they are always willing to help

down to earth people, hard working and driven by same goals -- all projects feel like team efforts

Review from Marketing Dept

All the teachers are caring and helpful

Review from Operations Dept

Their honesty and motivating feedback.

It would be insane to claim that the company is devoid of talent- there are plenty of fantastic people working at Go Ahead Tours (though, honestly, many have left/are looking for new jobs). I made lots of great friends, many of whom I've kept up with after leaving

Collaborative, international, good hearted, responsible, fun.

People hired at EF in sales or support roles are extremely intelligent, passionate and driven to succeed. We collaborate and want the best for eachother.

Review from Sales Dept

my team is amazing, hardworking, very smart and positive

Review from Sales Dept

Everyone has a personality. You really can't run into anyone uninteresting here

Review from Marketing Dept

The teams are very friendly, and open to new ideas. They value diversity in all forms.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Managers will force you to send coworkers a scripted message in their own words over Teams to "pump everyone up" That's right, as if not getting paid fairly wasn't enough, your manager will put words in your mouth to spew out to coworkers, in order to foster a manufactured sense of false positivity.

Less meetings and more and more time to think

Review from Sales Dept

Being HONEST and putting together meetings that actually accomplish work.
