EF Education First Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Not sure who is my leadership team. My supervisor and campus director are the BEST!!!

They listen, are open to collaboration, quick thinking, motivated

Very open to talk and doesn't feel like there are egos or hierarchy

They show that they care.

They give room for personal growth and they give you ways to improve professionally

very open and make everyone feel included and important

Review from Marketing Dept

Sometimes it feels like there is a line set between the teachers and staff.

They are very open with all communication

Most of them listen and take feedback.

Review from Sales Dept

Good communication, good leadership and efficiency

Working together in respect and international education

Accessible, flat, emphasis on teamwork.

fast moving, results driven, always thinking about the customers and staff

Review from Sales Dept

They provide the best support, and encourage you to pursue new opportunities whenever possible

Review from Marketing Dept

I have recently started with EF and it is very apparent that leadership is hands-on and approachable.

Knowledgeable, brilliant with data, analysis & numbers, inspiring leaders

Review from Operations Dept

A totally unique combination of humility and confidence grounds every exec at EF. Laughter and support are omni-present.

Review from Marketing Dept

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Being empathetic and thoughtful of how changes make an impact for the people actually driving the work and company mission

Become a leader who cares

Fore-warning about abrupt changes because teachers work hard on their lesson plans, and giving them little time to prepare for a change would be hard on anyone.

Stop being greedy, change your ways and create an organisation to benefit everybody much more equitably.

Review from Operations Dept

Honesty and doing the right thing by their employees.
