Not sure who is my leadership team. My supervisor and campus director are the BEST!!!
They listen, are open to collaboration, quick thinking, motivated
Very open to talk and doesn't feel like there are egos or hierarchy
They give room for personal growth and they give you ways to improve professionally
They show that they care.
Being empathetic and thoughtful of how changes make an impact for the people actually driving the work and company mission
Become a leader who cares
Fore-warning about abrupt changes because teachers work hard on their lesson plans, and giving them little time to prepare for a change would be hard on anyone.
Stop being greedy, change your ways and create an organisation to benefit everybody much more equitably.

I believe I am paid fairly.
The bonus when I hit.
Review from Sales Dept
Fair pay for great opportunities.
bonus plan and compensation match
Review from Sales Dept
Very little difference in pay between staff and senior managers in operations. Little progression in long-term.
Paying people fair wage for the work theyre asked to do
Ef only cares about money
Pay your employees a fair wage, offer market value raises, don't treat your sales people as a pawn to make you rich.
More bonus will be a plus to salesperson

Great people. Friendly, hard working and driven
Professional , creative , dedicated
We are personable, creative, compassionate, intelligent, exciting to be around and fun!
My co workers care about their jobs
Supportive and kind. Open to collaboration
Managers will force you to send coworkers a scripted message in their own words over Teams to "pump everyone up" That's right, as if not getting paid fairly wasn't enough, your manager will put words in your mouth to spew out to coworkers, in order to foster a manufactured sense of false positivity.
Less meetings and more and more time to think
Review from Sales Dept
Being HONEST and putting together meetings that actually accomplish work.

Happy energy is always endorsed
Core values , mission , kindness, helpful , inclusive
Welcoming and interacting with people from around the world, learning about their culture and what's important to them, and general acceptance of all people that want to make our world a better place.
Youthful, fun, supportive, motivated and eager
Always try the best to solve students' questions

Hire competent leaders to handle things
I alluded to the firing of an admin when catching up with a former admin who'd moved on. She was delighted, mistakenly thinking I was talking about the headmaster.
Pay us. There is a very unfair wage disparity between sales managers/sales trainers, and those under them: BDR's and SDR's. Also stop forcing everyone to be at 100% energy, and shaming them when they're not.
Being paid. Employees spend more time trying to figure out how to make ends meet each month than actually being able to do our jobs. We have to work a second job to be able to pay rent and buy groceries... Bonus doesnt get paid often and it only supports getting a credit card bill paid...

Very balanced friendly and professional
Well, my situation is a bit unique. I am first a Host Family and when the Accommodations Team mentioned during a Host Family Appreciation event that they were looking for more help, I volunteered and they expressed supreme interest. Later when I offered help, they offered me the job!
I had the chance to meet different team members
How open and honest it felt - I really got an understanding of what the role would be like and got to meet lots of people on the team before I joined
That I could meet one of the director face to face
Have people interview potential employees who are motivated!
The interview wasn't the problem, working there was.
It should be more competitive and feeling like we have an opportunity to negotiate for our skill and talent level.
Review from Sales Dept
Being able to meet hard targets and making friendships
Interacting with people from other cultures, skill levels, ideas to make our processes better
I feel like I have a good understanding of how to "achieve" in my role. There are clear indicators of what success looks like and then any number of possibilities for how to get there. That makes it super fun to problem solve in a creative environment to get the job done.
The people I work with definitely make it fun. I haven't had a day where I wasn't excited to go to work.
The people who work at the company
Ef sends students to countries where they are mistreated
Most everything about this company is wrong. The company spent millions on a professional cycling team, while paying their workers an incredibly uncompetitive unfair market wage.
Stop taking advantage of people, the CEO is presenting the company as one thing but unbeknownst to most he is focused on lining his pockets, underpaying those doing the work, and creating a culture of nepotism by having his children work for the company.
Review from Operations Dept
Payment for doing the work and feeling valued for being an individual.
Review from Sales Dept
People really care. It's not just for show. That is a very motivating feeling to be around!
