EF Education First Interviews Employee Reviews

What did you like most about the interview process?

Very balanced friendly and professional

Well, my situation is a bit unique. I am first a Host Family and when the Accommodations Team mentioned during a Host Family Appreciation event that they were looking for more help, I volunteered and they expressed supreme interest. Later when I offered help, they offered me the job!

I had the chance to meet different team members

How open and honest it felt - I really got an understanding of what the role would be like and got to meet lots of people on the team before I joined

That I could meet one of the director face to face

It was easy to get the job. They have a shortage of staff

Review from Operations Dept

Got to meet lots of people

The people i met with

the interview process is very thought provoking and introspective.

Review from Sales Dept

They asked great questions that allowed me to fully express my interests and strengths

Review from Marketing Dept

Practical focus: what do you do well and how did that show in your achievements, what can you do to help our department grow & improve, what do you believe is a good manager

Review from Operations Dept

They are very intentional about the focus of each interview and provide detailed feedback and advice throughout the process.

Personal touch, care about your strengths, multiple perspectives.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Have people interview potential employees who are motivated!

The interview wasn't the problem, working there was.

It should be more competitive and feeling like we have an opportunity to negotiate for our skill and talent level.
